As a technologist and a serial entrepreneur, I have founded 5 successful ventures in the last 23 years. My experience has taught me that an open and progressive team culture is essential to any organization seeking success. I also believe that to turn ideas into successful outcomes, such a culture be supplemented with a strong, sustainable partner and process ecosystem. Shagun has held senior executive positions at several fortune 100 acompanies covering High Tech, Petrochemicals, Healthcare and Technology Consulting industries. Shagun has developed a reputation of developing and aligning technology initiatives to long-term business growth strategies and has led large scale global transformational programs. He also brings in-depth experience of corporate functions such as Finance, Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain and Manufacturing. Shagun is an effective leader, influencer and mentor with excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Nivida Sharma

Co-Founder

In my past experiences as a Product Owner, Project Manager and Agile Subject Matter Expert, I have always focused on customer delight while balancing the need to form teams that successfully delivers on their commitments. My role at Agilosome is to help our customers succeed by re-imagining their solutions and work cultures to appeal to future generations. Nivida holds a Bachelors of Science in Marketing & Management as well as a Masters of Science in Information Technology.

Yogendra Deshmukh

He is forward-thinking, people centric, and results-driven professional, offering an extensive background of 10 years of industry experience. He is an innovative leader known for proven expertise overseeing many IT and financial transformation projects from planning to completion, while ensuring compliance within established deadline, budget, scope, and client’s expectations. Yogendra is passionate about leading and coordinating team efforts as well as conceptualizing strategic solutions to support company objectives. He has worked with senior management, technical teams, and contractors to evaluate business requirements and define project scope.
